Many of us have lamented the lack of younger trike riders. The only way to grow the industry will be to start riders and a younger age. Unfortunately there has just not been a high quality trike that will both fit younger riders, as well as being affordable for parents/grandparents to buy.
We are pleased to introduce the Trident Half Pint- a Trike that meets all those criteria.
The Half Pint is an Aluminum Powder Coated lightweight Trike that we designed to be the same as our adult Trikes but scaled down to fit kids.
Some features include 14” Wheels, Scaled down brake levers, adjustable seat angle, adjustable boom, and Ackerman Compensated Steering!
The Half Pint is also extremely light- at 18 LBS it is technically the lightest weight Trike in production by any manufacturer. The Half Pint is a Single Speed Trike. While we believe a Single Speed is all that is required, we will have a 3 Speed Upgrade Kit available in the Spring of 2024.
The Half Pint is available in Green and Red.
