What are your hours?

We are open from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,  and Friday, 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. on  Wednesday , and 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Saturday.  We are closed on Sundays. Shop closings for holidays and special circumstances will be posted on our website and social media accounts. Do you schedule bicycle repairs or can you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we are also scheduling! Once you bring in your bike, we will give you a free estimate on any work that the bike may need and answer any questions. We will also let you know how quickly your bike can be finished based on our current repair time frame.

Where are you located?

We have expanded to a larger building! Our new address is 358 F S. Hamilton Road,  Gahanna, Ohio 43230.

How do you checkout online?

Although we do not currently have our website set up for online purchases, most products can be paid for over the phone and picked-up in store. Call us at 614-478-7777 to see if the product you’re interested in can be shipped. We would love to answer any questions!

Do you service bicycles?

Yes! We are able to repair most all bicycles, tandems and recumbents (excepting electric bikes and scooters not purchased from us).  We can assess your bike(s) at no cost and our professional mechanics will recommend service based on your bike’s needs.  Please refer to our Services page for additional details and pricing.

Do you service bicycles that have not been purchased from your shop?

Absolutely! In most cases, we are able to repair bicycles, unicycles, tandems and recumbents, regardless of where they were purchased.* Please refer to our Services page for additional details and pricing.

Do you service electric bicycles?

Due to safety concerns, we do not service electric bicycles brands that are not dealers for, although we can service brands that we are dealers for such as Aventon and Cannondale. For more information, give us a call at (614)478-7777.

Can you convert regular bikes into electric bikes?

We offer electric conversations on some bikes and trikes. For pricing and more information, give us a call at (614)478-7777!

Do you fix flat bicycle tires?

Absolutely! We can typically fix your flat in under 1 business day. Most of our bicycle inner tubes are $10.00 and for us to install one is $14.00.

Can you fix a flat tire on a wheelchair or stroller? 

Yes, in most cases we can fix flats on wheelchairs and strollers; feel free to bring your wheelchair or stroller in and we will give you a complementary evaluation. In most cases, we’re able to fix the flat in under 1 business day!

Do you offer next day service for bicycles that need tune-ups or repairs on short notice?

We do. We offer a 3-Day Rush for an additional $25 and a Next Day Rush for an additional $35. Please let us know the nature of the situation and we will do our best to help you!

Do you assemble bicycles?

Yes! We assemble bicycles. For pricing and more information, see our Services page.

Do you ship and/or package bicycles?

Yes! We pack and ship bikes and we can also receive, unpack and reassemble bikes! Just give us a call for pricing and more information at (614) 478-7777.

Do you rent bicycles?

We rent select bicycles and trikes. Give us a call for availability and pricing at (614)478-7777.

What bicycle brands do you sell?

We carry traditional bicycle brands like Giant, Liv, Cannondale and GT,  electric bike brands like Aventon and Cannondale, and a large selection of both electric and non-electric recumbent bicycle brands including ICE, Catrike, Trident and TerraTrike. If I buy a Cannondale bike through Cannondale’s website and it is assembled at your store, do I still get 1 Year of Free Tune-Ups?

No, bikes purchased through Cannondale’s website and assembled at our store do not receive our 1 Year of Free Tune-Ups, 10% off all accessories for 30 days, or 20% off tune-ups during the off-season as they have not been purchased through Bicycle One.  We recommend calling us to confirm our current inventory on your bike of choice as we often have it already in-stock and can still offer our promotions on bikes directly purchased through our store.

What discounts do you offer?

We offer a 10% Military Discount on non-sale accessories and services. Just show us your Military ID and we’ll set you up. Thank you for your service!

We offer a 10% Pelotonia Discount for all registered 2024 Pelotonia riders from registration open date (typically in January) to fundraising end date  (typically in October). Just let us know what your rider ID is and you’ll save 10% on all non-sale accessories and service.

Do you buy used bicycles or accept trade-ins?

Yes! We buy used bicycles and/or accept trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Call us for more information and for what type of bikes we are currently looking for.  To estimate your bike’s value, go to

What are your layaway/financing options?

We offer both 60 Day Layaway and 6 Months Same-As-Cash financing! If you are interested in a bicycle and want to put it in layaway, 20% down will hold the bike for 60 days— if you change your mind at any time, your deposit(s) are completely refundable or transferable. Our 6 Months Same-As-Cash financing is powered through Synchrony financial and is available for purchases above $500 to those who qualify.
