Are you still open and how are you handling COVID-19?

We are still offering all of our normal service and sales through curbside service as well as letting a limited number of people inside. We ask that you come ready to respect 6 foot boundaries and masked up.  We have resumed standard hours.

What are your hours?

We are open from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,  and Friday, and 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Saturday.  We are closed on Sundays. Shop closings for holidays, special circumstances and all other changes in hours will be posted on both our website and social media accounts. If you are ever unsure of our hours, please feel free to check them via our website, Facebook page, Google page, Yelp page, or by giving us a good old fashioned phone call at (614)478-7777 🙂

Do you schedule bicycle repairs or can you take walk-ins?

Walk ins welcome!  Once you bring your bike, we will give you a free estimate on any work that the bike may need and answer any questions you may have. We will also let you know how quickly your bike can be finished, based on our current repair time frame.

Where are you located?

We have expanded to a larger building and our new address is 358 S. Hamilton Road,  Gahanna Ohio 43230

How do you checkout online?

Although we do not currently have our website set up for online purchases, for most products we can take payment and information over the phone and ship. Call us at 614-478-7777 to see if the product you’re interested in can be shipped. We would love to answer any of your questions!

Do you service bicycles?

Yes! We are able to repair most all bicycles, unicycles, tandems and recumbents (excepting electric bikes and scooters not purchased from us).  We can assess your bike(s) at no cost and will recommend what we think needs addressed.  Please refer to our Services page for additional details and pricing.

Do you service bicycles that have not been purchased from your shop?

Absolutely! In most cases, we are able to repair bicycles, unicycles, tandems and recumbents, regardless of where they were purchased. Please refer to our Services page for additional details and pricing.

Do you service electric bicycles?

Currently, due to safety concerns, we do not service electric bicycles that are not bought directly from our shop.

Can you convert regular bikes into electric bikes?

We do not currently do electric bike conversions due to safety concerns.

Do you fix flat bicycle tires?

Absolutely! We can typically fix your flat in under 1 business day. Most of our bicycle inner tubes are $9.99 and for us to install one is $13.00.

Can you fix a flat tire on a wheelchair or stroller? 

Yes, in most cases we can fix flats on wheelchairs and strollers; feel free to bring your wheelchair or stroller in and we will give you a complementary evaluation. In most cases, we’re able to fix the flat in under 1 business day!

Do you offer next day service for bicycles that need tune-ups or repairs on short notice?

We do. We offer a 3-Day Rush for an additional $10 and a Next Day Rush for an additional $20. Please let us know the nature of the situation and we will do our best to help you!

Do you assemble bicycles?

Yes! We assemble bicycles. For pricing and more information, see our Services page.

Do you ship and/or package bicycles?

Yes and yes! We pack and ship bikes and we can also receive, unpack and reassemble bikes! Just give us a call for pricing and more information! (614) 478-7777

Do you rent bicycles?

At this time, due to COVID-19,  we do not rent bicycles, tandems, or recumbents.

What bicycle brands do you sell?

We carry traditional bicycle brands like Cannondale, Specialized, and GT, electric bike brands like Aventon and ProdecoTech and Pro, and a large selection of recumbent bicycle brands including ICE, Catrike, TerraTrike, Sun, and Bacchetta. What discounts do you offer?

We offer a 10% Military Discount on non-sale accessories and services. Just show us your Military ID and we’ll set you up. Thank you for your service!

We offer a 10% Pelotonia Discount for all registered 2019 Pelotonia riders from registration open date (typically in January) to fundraising end date  (typically in October). Just let us know what your rider ID is and you’ll save 10% on all non-sale accessories.

Do you buy used bicycles or accept trade-ins?

Due to limited floor space, we are not able to buy used bicycles or accept trade-ins in most cases;  however, you can sell your old bike using either Craigslist (wisely) or trying to sell on ebay. You can usually get more monetarily out of your bike if you sell it on your own.

What are your layaway/financing options?

We offer both 90 Day Layaway and 6 Months Same-As-Cash financing! If you are interested in a bicycle and want to put it in layaway, 20% down will hold the bike for 90 days- if you change your mind at any time, your deposit(s) are completely refundable or transferable. Our 6 Months Same-As-Cash financing is powered through Synchrony financial and is available for purchases above $500 to those who qualify.
